Volunteer Information

 

 

 

We are grateful for the HTeNC friends and family who find the time to work with us.  In such a small community volunteers truly do make a difference.

 

Please review the below requirements for classroom and field trip volunteers.  HTeNC is here to help you meet these requirements. If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to contact your child’s classroom teacher or Susan Battistuz at 760-759-2786 or sb@hightechhigh.org.

 

• ​Read  High Tech High Volunteer Guidelines: English & Spanish

• Fill out the Annual Volunteer Application and Waiver​: English & Spanish

• If you wish to drive on a field trip please complete the  Annual Driver Form: English & Spanish

• Provide copy of the applicant’s driver's license, auto insurance policy limits of liability*, and car registration*.

      *Only required for drivers.

 

• Provide copy of the applicant’s negative TB test/assessment. (for now, not needed if it's for field work)

•  

All paperwork must be turned into the site manager one week before the intended volunteer event and/or trip.

 

I will be happy to provide all the paper work via email.

Estamos muy agradecidos por los amigos y familiares que toman el tiempo para ser voluntarios en  HTeNC. En una comunidad pequeña, los voluntarios hacen verdaderamente hacer una diferencia.

 

Por favor revise los siguientes requisitos para los voluntarios en el salón de clases y viajes de campo. HTeNC está aquí para ayudarle a cumplir con estos requisitos. • Leer las pautas para voluntarios: Inglés & Español

• Llenar la Solicitud de Voluntario anual y la Renuncia: Inglés & Español

• Si usted desea conducir a una excursión por favor complete el formulario de Conductor anual: Inglés & Spanish

• Proporcionar copia de la licencia de conducir del solicitante, límites de la póliza de seguro de auto de responsabilidad *, y el registro del coche *.

* Sólo se requiere para los conductores.

   5. Proporcionar copia de prueba / evaluación TB negativa del solicitante.

 

Todo el papeleo debe ser entregado con nuestra Administradora del sitio una semana antes del evento de voluntariado previsto y / o viaje.
