ABOUT ME
This year I embarked on a journey of improvement science through High Tech High Graduate School of Education.​
I am currently a teacher at High Tech Elementary North County. Prior to that, I had spent three years teaching at a public elementary school in south San Diego. Throughout both of these experiences, I developed a passion for giving students a math experience that was very different than the one I had while growing up. I am passionate about creating opportunities for all children to engage actively in math; developing a mathematical mindset and set of tools that empowers all of them to access unknown, difficult problems they come across.
